The existing three storey Priest's wing at St. Munchin's College
The project sees the complete refurbishment of the 3rd wing of St. Munchins College, Corbally, Limerick including new landscaping works, re-roofing of single-storey buildings and re-construction of a glazed corridor link.
The above images show some of the interiors of the building pre-construction.
Original herringbone and finger-jointed parquet floors will be restored as part of the project with new handrails and floor coverings to the existing stairs - the original timber handrail will be retained. All windows will be replaced to the same specification of the St. Munchins College project.
Healy Partners completed the re-furbishment works of St. Munchins College in 2014. This project included the replacement of all windows, extensive hard and soft landscaping, a new purpose built Sports Hall and 2 brick stair towers to the rear of the school. The main facade of the school building is photographed below.
