St. Munchins College
This Project involves the complete refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing 1963 St Munchin’s College complex on 54acres of grounds at Corbally Limerick. The refurbishment consist of the upgrade of over 6000m2 of existing accommodation together with the construction of a new sports and leisure building and the reconfiguration of an existing swimming pool complex for an on site population of 570 staff and students. The building is to remain in operation through the construction period involving a complex phasing sequence. There redevelopment also includes landscaping, ground works and an all weather playing surface with provision for the future upgrade of the existing grass playing pitches.
